Qualifications:
= Bachelor’s degree or equivalent verifiable work experience
= Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
= Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
= Previous experience in customer retention strategies.
= Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to help you manage daily goals.
= Proficient with CRM functions, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
= Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
= Possess a willingness wear many hats, work as a team, and do what it takes to get the job done!
We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary plus performance-based commissions. Total earnings range from $50,000 to $100,000 annually in a full time role, depending on sales performance. Some commissions are residual, providing long-term earning potential for sustained success.
