As a Sales Floor Associate, you will often be the first point of contact for each and every person who walks through our door.  Bricks and Minifigs is a “people pleasing” store, a place offering fun and creativity for children to adults.  Every person should be greeted with enthusiasm and sincerity because each has the potential to be a friend of the store and what we offer.  This greeting is what sets the tone for an individual’s visit to Bricks and Minifigs Novi and may be the single, most important words you speak to a customer.
