Carey Rose is an avid reader and adventurer. Whether boating, working out, spending time with God or in nature, being the best wife and mama to their two dogs, one can always expect to find Carey laughing and enjoying life to the fullest. Carey, an MSU alum, received a business degree in Hospitality due to her passion for people and animals. This passion is brought into every transaction that she is a part of. Carey attributes her success in the fact that she values the relationships and people she helps more than any house or sale. She focuses on what is most important: making sure her clients are wholly satisfied and heard; always putting their needs first and fiercely negotiating on their behalf. Whether finding the perfect property for a buyer or ensuring the homes she lists are sold quickly and for the best value, she always takes to heart her clients needs — and does all she can to exceed them. Carey’s goal is to give her clients “the Hyatt experience in real estate.”

As an accomplished real estate professional, Carey combines neighborhood knowledge and transactional expertise. She has mastered her craft through hundreds of transactions in her years where over the years she acquired a wealth of knowledge in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and market research across Michigan. Her exceptional knowledge of her markets, refined negotiating skills, unique marketing strategies, and personalized asset valuation techniques are just a short list of what she provides to each client.
