We are pleased to announce the Acquisition of The Town Locksmith, Plymouth, Michigan as of March 1, 2023.
What does this mean? Redford Lock Security Solutions is growing! Our firm began operating in Redford in 1974. We have grown our business through excellent service to end users and through word of mouth.
The Town Locksmith was established in 1977, and in a very similar fashion, grew a very successful business with many satisfied customers.
Tom Lewis, the owner of The Town Locksmith, is retiring, and we have assured him that we would be a great fit and good steward for both his talented employees and his customers.
The Town Locksmith will be moving its entire operation to 46085 Grand River Ave., Novi MI into our existing space by June 1rst, 2023. This move, though significant, is less than 10 miles from its current location. We can assure you we will cover the same service area as Town Locksmith and expand on it.
Both companies share the same values and are committing to the same excellent standard of service and deep expertise you have grown to expect.
There will be many more services we will offer look forward to sharing those with you in the near future.
There are a couple things we’d like to point out that won’t change:
-You can work with the same people you have in the past as you have come to rely on their expertise, knowledge, and fantastic customer service.
-The services we have provided in the past will continue.
We will be forwarding the phone calls to our Novi location for efficient scheduling of service out of one location. All of our existing phone numbers will remain the same.
